What's the difference "All Code" and "Code 3?"
DVDs labeled as "All Code" will play on any DVD player worldwide. DVDs labeled as "Code 3" will only play on DVD-ROMs and "Code Free" DVD Players. Over 90% of the DVDs on this website will play on any DVD player worldwide. We are not responsible for player compatibility issues, so please read all product details before purchasing.
What's the difference between a DVD and VCD?
DVDs have the highest image quality and contain extra features such as movie trailers, scene selection, commentary, deleted scenes, etc. VCDs are VHS quality and contain only the movie itself. That's why VCDs are cheaper. VCDs can play on your PC and almost all DVD players.
What currency are the prices in?
All the prices are in U.S. dollars.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you would like to pay using a check or money order, just order through the website as though you were paying by credit card. Instructions on how to pay by check or money order will be available on the last page of the order process. Please note that for checks, we will need to wait 7-10 days for it to clear before shipping your order.

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $3.99 for any size order from the United States or Canada. International orders are also welcome. International shipping and handling is $8.99 for any size order. We use USPS Priority Mail for US orders and Airmail for International orders.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will usually ship within 1 to 5 business days. If we run out of a disc that you have ordered, we will ship the in-stock discs first. The rest will be shipped as soon as our next shipment arrives at our expense.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, go to the
Order Status page and enter the order number printed on your invoice. What is your return/exchange policy?
Within 30 days of your receipt, you may exchange any opened/defective disc for the exact same title. Only unopened discs can be returned for a refund. However, a restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund to cover our transaction costs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for player compatibility issues, so please read all product details before purchasing.
